Spyderco demo usess for camping

The big or small knife offliction

I would like to startoff this new page of equilibrium-metals and knives to share with all of you knife lovers out there. No knife, large or small can do any job unless it is carried to where it will be needed.

This is why I created BIG OR SMALL KNIFE OFFLICTION.

Most pocketknives are,by definition too small to be usefull in a camp or servival situation. An exception to that might be largest spyderco clip-it knives, seen on many pockets or belts.

This is not a pocketknife. It is a folder that clips onto the inside or outside of your side or hip pocket.
It is ready for quick deployment at anytime. The spyderco folders or folding or flicking knives are available
in several blade sizes and configurations.
The concave serrated edge cuts trough allmost everything, work well for cutting cardboard packing boxes.

You will find, that the spyderco became most popular with the famous serrated edge blades.
But luck plays its part, most models are available with a straight-edge blade.

THE MOST IMPORTANT FEATURE
The most important feature of the spyderco flick-it knives are the hole or eye in the blade
which permits the knife to be opened with one hand.

It takes a little practice!!!

This might sound strange but with my own experience, reguarding the mobility, uses, knowhow, specs.
It might take same safe practice with your knife,it comes handy when the auther hand is bussy or
handelling the work piece.

MECHANISMES OF KNIVES AND SPYDERCOHANDELLING

When these knives are opend, the locking mechanism locks and keeps the blade open and no possibility
of accidentally closing. The value of these mechanismes, that they are ingeanuis invention that makes it
easy to use and safe to minimaise injury. Its a very handy tool that every man should have.

carry it all the time, anywere, and its their when you need it the most.

"Feeling suspicious of that guy with you at the (ATM)bank,or someone following you."
Like me some people feel safer knowing that they have some way of to avoid or defend
them selfs against muggers. We feel the need to carry some pepperspray, tazer or small
knives when we move around. We do this not allways to balance out fear but to be aware
and to able to get away safely.

My collection of flick out knives, cool benchmade switchblades and rare hawkbill spyderco knives out of my collector knife display cabinet

My collection started small, but eventually grew to a point where I had to get a collector knife display cabinet to showcase them all. But today I will only showing off a few of my master pieces.

Here is my hawkbill shaped stainless steel blade spyderco knife. I originally got it to use as a pocket knife, and a wide virility of other uses  from cutting wood, plastic and rope. As you can see, it has the usual spyderco blade shape, but what makes this a special blade is the hawkbill Serrated cutting edge that's slide and dice through everything. One of the main motivators for me buying it.

Another main reason for me buying it is to protecting myself. This knife can easily be carried around in my pocket, without the use of its belt clip. Look at the picture below for an example of what i mean.

Here is a very cool hawkbill shaped blade that is very popular allover the world. The one unique feature about this switchblade is the smooth cutting edge, witch gives the blade a wider range of uses.

This is a very strong and  tough hardened high carbon steel blade with a stainless steel inner casing and a cast iron outer casing. The flick mechanism is different with this knife then the one I showed first.
